Rustic Acres Campground is in a premiere location being within an hour's drive of Springfield, Illinois and St. Louis, Missouri. We are located 4 miles east of Interstate 55 at Exit 37 (Livingston/New Douglas). Nestled on 47 country acres, Rustic Acres boasts two stocked fishing lakes for the avid fisherman. Our 150+ campsites are tucked among the serenity of beautiful oak and hickory trees. Our campground is so close to nature that some of the animals you and your family may see while walking through the park are wild turkeys, deer, and a beautiful array of birds. Family and friends alike may decide to spend a pleasant day at our large swimming pool or take part in various planned activities that we provide, You could play a game of shuffleboard, horseshoes, washers, volleyball, or basketball with your family. Spend a relaxing afternoon playing a round of golf at the nearby golf course. There is a soccer, softball, football field for the sports enthusiast to play a pick up game at. You may wish to rent a paddle boat to take a joyful ride around our lake. Also, you may sit on a bench and watch children enjoying one of our playground areas, or just sit under a shade tree and read a book. ,
